FRANK P. BREZNY
GARBER - Recitation of the Rosary for Frank P. Brezny, 74, will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Parks Funeral Home Chapel in Prague. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
The Rev. Louis Vander Ley, OSB, will officiate at the rites. Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery at Breckinridge at 3 p.m., under the direction of the Anderson Funeral Home of Garber.
Brezny died late Sunday afternoon in an Enid hospital. He was born Aug. 8, 1906, in Collinsville, the son of Rose and Charles Brezny, and spent most of his life in Prague.
He and Helen Seftak [sic] were married there Feb. 24, 1945. They lived on a farm east of Prague until moving to Yukon in 1966. The Breznys moved to Garber in 1974 where he worked for Mid-Continent Co-Op.
Brezny was a member of the Catholic Church at Billings.
He is survived by his wife Helen of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Paul Eldon (Georgena) Maly and her children, Joan, Chris and Matthew, Garber; two sisters, Mary Grimes of Pauls Valley and Mrs. Johnnie (Helen) Gregory, Prague; two brothers, Charley Brezny and Henry Brezny, both of Prague. Another sister died earlier.
This who wish may make contributions to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Heart Fund in memory of Brezny. Anderson's will serve as custodian of the memorial fund.

Jo Ann "Jodie" Grimes

Jo Ann 'Jodie' Grimes was born on September 23, 1935, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Monday, November 30, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 80.
Jodie, the daughter of Merrill and Mary Agnes (Brezny) Grimes, was a resident of Pauls Valley. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the Oklahoma College for Woman and a master’s degree in speech pathology at the University of Kansas. She worked as a speech pathologist at the Pauls Valley State School. Jodie enjoyed fishing, playing the trumpet, polka music, and listening to records, especially Reba McEntire.
Jodie’s mother and sister, Norma Jean King preceded her in death.
Survivors include: nieces and nephews, Mike and Jody Pendleton of Yukon, Kris and Cindy Jones of Chandler, and Shannon and Dawn King of Yukon; many great nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Prague with Father Phan Long officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Catholic Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.

All of my Aunts and Uncles are buried here at the Catholic Cemetery here in Prague with the exception of Frank, he is buried either at Yukon or Enid.
