      Mr. Wallace "Geech" Walker, 63, of 523 Forsythe St., died Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at University Hospital.

      The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Good Samaritan Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Turner officiating. Burial will be in Walker Memorial Park.

      Mr. Walker, a native of Burke County, had retired as a truck driver and was a member of Good Samaritan Baptist Church.

      Survivors include his wife, Marguerite Walker; two sons, Calvin Walker and Steven Walker, both of Augusta; four daughters, Euridene Hughes, Brenda Hill and Robertstine Walker, all of Augusta, and Carolyn Blount, Savannah; his mother, Carrie Bell Walker, Augusta; four brothers, Charles Walker, Waynesboro, Frank Walker, Detroit, Otis Walker, Jr., Chicago, and Willie E. Walker, Augusta; five sisters, Beatrice Walker, Irene Ivey, Gloria Jean Wells and Barbara Jean Walker, all of Augusta, and Dotsie Leathers, Waynesboro; and 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

      Mrs. Nathan Ella Walker Lovett, 2430 Amsterdam Drive died Monday in a Richmond County hospital.

      Arrangements will be announced by Williams Funeral Home.

      Mrs. Lovett was a native of Burke County and lived in Augusta for 30 years. She was a member of Good Samaritan Baptist Church.

      Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Debra Ann Rivera, Anchorage, Alaska, and Carrie E. Walker and Josephine Lasseter, Augusta; her mother Carrie B. Walker, Augusta; six sisters, Doties Leather, New York, Beatrice Walker, Hardford, Conn., Irene Adams, Wilhelmina Walker, Gloria Wells and Barbara J. Walker, Augusta; and five brothers, Wallace Walker, Augusta, Charlie Walker, Danbury, Conn., Frank Walker, Detroit, Otis Walker, Jr., Chicago, and Willie Eugene Walker, Hartford.
