  [S232] Walla Walla Union Bulletin, Monday, January 22, 1951. Mrs. Edw. Mason Dies of Injuries Mrs. Jennie Mason, 58, of Dixie died suddenly Sunday at a local hospital at [sic] the result of injuries sustained in an auto accident January 1. The wife of Edward R. Mason of Dixie, she is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. J.E. (Elsie) Jacobs of Pasco; sons, Edward W. and William M. of Walla Walla and Roland R. of Dixie and a brother, W.H. Strahm of Walla Walla. Six grandchildren also survive. She was born December 20, 1892 within a mile of her late residence. Mrs. Mason attended Baker school here and Walla Walla Business college. She was married at Dixie in 1910 and was a member of the Dixie Community church, Dixie Grange No. 1072 and the Friendly club of Dixie.
