It is now time to celebrate the life and the legacy of Ralph Hook who peacefully passed away on April 10, 2014 at the age of 84 years.
Ralph will be dearly missed by his wife, Lillian; his children: Donna (Larry), Jerry (Tina), Terry (Sharon) and Brian (Janette); his grandchildren: Trevor (Lisa), Jarret (Jessie), Brittney, Ashley, Caily, Nevin and Jasey; as well as great-grandson Ethan.
The family would like to thank Dr. Bradstock and Dr. McDermid; the staff at Units 51 and 43, Grey Nuns; Dr. Clark and the staff at the Norwood Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Connelly- McKinley – Edmonton South Chapel, 4820 Meridian Street, Edmonton (Meridian Street can only be accessed by heading SOUTH on the Anthony Henday – Hwy 216. The exit ramp is 1 km SOUTH of the Sherwood Park Fwy.), located in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
Please join the family for fellowship following the service.
