WORKUN, Eugene Roy On February 26, 2010 Eugene Roy Workun of Calmar, Alberta passed away at the age of 72 years. Eugene is survived by one daughter Jennifer Workun of Calmar; one son Bradley (Joni) Jacobsen of Ladysmith, B.C; two grandchildren Olivia and Logan; one brother Alvin Workun; and one nephew Randy (Lori) Workun and family, both of Calmar. He was predeceased by his parents William and Martha Workun. Cremation has taken place. A private gathering for family and relatives will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Hainstock & Son Funeral Chapel, Leduc. Donations in memory of Eugene may be made to Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, 15th Floor, 8215 - 112 Street, Edmonton, AB T6G 2C8. Eugene's family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of the University of Alberta Hospital for their care and compassion.
