On Thursday, September 29, 1994 at 73 years of age, Helen died peacefully in her sleep with friends and family at her bedside.
She is predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth and Arthur Crawford; her brother, Floyd of Drayton Valley; and her sister, Ivadell (Rainer) of Arcata, California. Left to celebrate her life and to treasure her memory are her husband of 34 years, Edward Kapica; her sister, Hazel (Lee) of Rimbey; nieces and nephews and their children, and many dear and close friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Ford Road, Edmonton with Reverend Cyril Cutting officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

DEATH OF MRS. KLIMOSKO
After a sickness of about two months the death occurred in an Edmonton hospital on Monday of Mrs. Tatianna Klimosko, aged 62 years. Deceased had been a resident of Leduc district for the past thirty years. Besides her husband she is survived by four daughters and two sons. They are Mrs. Mary Melik [sic] and Mrs. Annie Kibilko [sic], of Strathcona, Mrs. Katie Senio, of Calmar, and Mrs. Kapika, of Leduc, and John and Fred at home.
The funeral was held on Wednesday morning from the Greek Catholic church north west of town.
