DEATH COMES TO THOMAS FISHER
Aged Mitchell Resident Succumbed Monday At Home Of His Daughter In Lafayette
Thomas A Fisher, aged Mitchell man with residence at 427 Eighth street, died Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Everett Roth, in Lafayette after an illness of several months of complications due to age.
The body will arrive in Bedford at 4:13 p.m. today on Monon passenger train No. 5 and will be taken to the Day and Carter Funeral Home pending definite funeral arrangements which will be announced Wednesday.
The deceased was united in marriage about sixty years ago with Miss Florence Dosie Flinn [sic] who preceded him to the grave on October 8, 1936.
He is survived besides the daughter in Lafayette by four other daughters, Mrs. Lydia Myers, Bedford; Mrs Bessie Allen, and Mrs. Dollie Fisher, Chicago, and Mrs. Leati Shaff, Mitchell; three sons, Ezra and Otis, Akron, Ohio, and Proddrick, Lafayette; fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, Four children have preceded him in death.
